What keeps you motivated?
The music and our community. No matter what kind of day I had, I know that once that music comes on, everything is okay and that I am surrounded with an amazing community of supportive riders and instructors.
Do you have a training philosophy?
Listen to your body. If you need to go a little slower, that’s okay. If you need that extra push, fantastic! Every day is different and will feel different. You need to allow yourself to go through the ups and downs and grow from it all.
